    Dear Vietnam Railway Office,

    Booking railway's ticket was my first thing which I did with Vietnamese systems online. It really impressed me. I did mistake for booking the right train. Your helped me to fix the problem. Also, for picking up the tickets, I had problem, I called your office, someone helped me with patient.
    For all of the above problem, you responded promptly and helping. I haven't seen such services even in Europe. I would much appreciate and say good luck. Good luck for Vietnam and your  great services . It means you are providing great services for your people too.
